A security deposit of 200 euros is required before the start of your stay. This deposit is a standard measure to ensure that the property is respected and properly maintained during the rental period. It covers any potential damages, loss of items, or additional cleaning if needed after check-out. The deposit also provides reassurance for both parties and helps maintain a smooth and responsible rental experience. If the property is left in good condition and all terms are respected, the full amount of the 200-euro deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay. If you cancel your reservation, the deposit will be refunded in full
